A specialized business development and implementation team will support Quintiq’s advanced planning and scheduling sales, marketing and implementation services. The team will be dedicated to West coast customers in the United States and Canada.
Earning recent industry analyst recognition, Quintiq was named a Visionary in Gartner’s 2010 Magic Quadrant for SCP for Process Automation. Quintiq serves industries including logistics, intermodal logistics, distribution, aviation, manufacturing, steel and workforce optimization.
“We now have an East coast and West coast office in the United States, positioning Quintiq to easily provide the best technology services to customers throughout the United States and Canada. The opening of the Quintiq San Francisco office is the next step of planned strategic expansion to accommodate the North America business market,” said Quintiq’s CEO and Co-founder, Victor Allis. “We anticipate rapid growth across North America and we’re committed to building the infrastructure to provide the highest quality software services.”
Quintiq’s North American Business Director, Joachim Arts leads the San Francisco office, which will be staffed by software consultants and supply chain planning (SCP) sales and marketing experts. Quintiq is currently hiring team members to fill these positions at a pace of two employees per month.
