Rodelle's Vanilla Bean Whip Cream: Simple Homemade Elegance for the Holidays

Rodelle's Bourbon Vanilla Beans Take Whip Cream to a Whole New Level

There are few things as charming as the little flecks of vanilla beans to dress up your culinary endeavors. You could literally put vanilla beans in just about any sweet recipe and voila, instant elegance. There is something incredibly alluring about those little bean flecks with intoxicatingly powerful flavor. This holiday season jazz up your pumpkin pie or hot cocoa with elegant vanilla bean whip cream. Make sure to use quality ingredients and plump Madagascar vanilla beans, such as RODELLE Bourbon Vanilla Beans (and not bourbon as in whiskey). Bourbon vanilla refers to the original islands where the French colonized and began growing vanilla for cultivation. Today any vanilla grown in the Madagascar region is referred to as Bourbon. The Bourbon vanilla beans are rich with deep velvety vanilla flavor and adding them to your baked goods or more obvious presentations such as whip cream, creates a flavor complexity that is truly apparent and unlike any other ingredient. With that said, making vanilla bean whip cream is absolutely life changing. Three simple ingredients, that’s it. The star of this production is without question the lovely vanilla beans. They surprisingly infused a rich vanilla flavor into the whipping cream very quickly. Adding homemade vanilla bean whip cream to any desert takes it to an elevated level of gourmet and is sure to impress.
