Scott Pennington Joins Compass Commercial
New broker to join team in Redmond OR office
11.04.2009 – (Bend,OR) — Compass Commercial Real Estate welcomes a third broker to its Redmond offices. Scott Pennington joined the firm in October with a strong background in real estate financing, resort real estate sales and management, business formation and management, budgeting, team building and training, State and Federal compliance, and product marketing.
Pennington brings seven years of experience in mortgage lending with Trust Lending and then Western Pacific Mortgage in Bend. His work as a Senior Loan Consultant and Originator involved every facet of business development, budgeting, loan origination and marketing. He has certificates that reflect hundreds of hours involved in all facets of mortgage industry training.
In the five years prior to that Scott managed and trained professional sales people and implemented systems for Running Y Ranch in Klamath Falls. Scott has also been a sales representative at Eagle Crest in Redmond.
Scott is a CCIM candidate and a graduate of Linfield College.
