The Agency Traffic, Daily Workflow, Operations and Financial Seminar, Chicago, IL, September 20 and 21, 2011. This workshop offers two jam-packed days of trade secrets on margins; markups; maximizing time billings; capturing lost hours; monthly executive reports; P&L statements; improving cash flow; agency compensation strategies and writing great client contracts. We’ll also cover workflow management, estimating, working with vendors and client billing methods. This advanced level course is for agency bookkeepers, controllers, traffic managers, production managers, operations managers, owners and CFOs. This workshop also will be held at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business Gleacher Center.
The Certified Account Executive College: 2-Day Concentrated Course, Chicago, IL, October 12 and 13, 2011. This special 2-day version of Second Wind’s most popular certified training includes “A Complete Guide to Account Service,” on Wednesday, October 12; “Account Planning and Strategic Planning for Smaller Agencies,” on Thursday, October 13; and a compressed Thursday presentation of “Writing Winning Proposals, Giving Winning Pitches.” Participants attending this 2-day workshop have the opportunity to become a Second Wind Certified Agency Account Manager (CAAM). The college is being held at the Gleacher Center, and is recommended for agency owners, account supervisors and executives, and new business developers.
Daily seminar sessions run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Second Wind members and non-members are invited to attend. Two-day fees for The Agency Traffic, Daily Workflow, Operations and Financial Seminar are $875 for members and $1,095 for non-members. Special two-day fees for the concentrated Certified Account Executive College course are $1,150 for members and $1,475 for non-members. Vouchers and other discounts may apply for Second Wind members.
