SERVIDYNE NAMED 2009 ENERGY STAR® PARTNER OF THE YEAR
EPA and DOE honor Servidyne for protecting the environment through energy efficiency
03.02.2009 – ATLANTA - March 2, 2008 - SERVIDYNE, INC. (Nasdaq:SERV), a building performance efficiency and real estate company, is pleased to announce that it has been named 2009 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). This is the seventh time that Servidyne has won the coveted award, more times than any other service and product provider.
The 2009 Partner of the Year Award recognizes efforts to use energy efficiently in facility operations and to integrate superior energy management into overall organizational strategy. Servidyne, an ENERGY STAR partner since 1995, will be honored for its commitment to strategic energy management in building operations that has resulted in significant energy and financial savings for its customers. Award winners are chosen annually from more than 12,000 organizations that participate in the ENERGY STAR program. Servidyne will be recognized by the EPA and DOE at an awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. on March 31, 2009.

Last year alone, Americans with the help of ENERGY STAR saved $19 billion on their energy bills and reduced greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to those of 29 million vehicles.
