Snuggle Deep Retreat
This unique experience is specifically designed for mothers seeking the best possible relationship with their 9-13 year old daughters in this challenging age of Hannah Montana-style celebrity and high-tech distractions. Through fun, and informative workshops and unique food/body awareness activities, mothers and their daughters will develop a deep sense of connection to themselves and one another; learn proven ways to effectively communicate; enjoy quality time together; and look forward to a bright and joy-filled future together. This all-inclusive event also includes a private hotel room for each mother daughter pair, as well as meals and snacks.
Event founder, Karen Nowicki says, “The Snuggle Deep Retreat is a one-of-a-kind event. We’ve created a beautiful blend of fun experiences and nurturing information that mothers and daughters will cherish forever.” It is also a rite of passage for daughters as they move into her tween and teen years to become independent women.
Event Organizer
Chandler resident, Karen Nowicki, a successful author, life coach, and mother of two tweens, is the founder of this special retreat. She also works part-time for the Integrative Coaching Institute at John F. Kennedy University where she assists students in achieving their integrative coaching certification. Her children’s book, Maddie Moonbeam’s Garden, is an inspirational story of love and acceptance. Formally, Nowicki was a teacher and assistant principal for the Kyrene School District, as well as the VP of Schools for Pinnacle Education, Inc. Karen’s media experience includes several radio interviews and an 8 min. segment on The Author’s Show.
