Universal Accounting has created an extensive knowledge base enabling students to look up topics correlating with any questions they have regarding their Universal coursework.  Displaying answers to a variety of questions students have asked in the past while taking a Universal Accounting course (the Professional Bookkeeper, Universal Practice Builder, Professional Tax Preparer, and Professional Bookkeeper’s Guide to QuickBooks programs), the knowledge base works like an FAQ on steroids. 

This resource includes over 3000 entries which capture interactions between students and their coaches from the past five years.  The Knowledge Base is continually expanding to include responses to current student questions, enabling other students to access this information in an easily searchable format.
