16 April 2012, Oslo, Norway; Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL), the global shipping and logistics company, announced today that it is on track to reduce its relative green house gas emissions with 30% by 2015, compared to a 2005 baseline. In 2011, CO2 emissions in grams per tonne kilometre were reduced by 4% compared to 2010. The company attributed the change to improved fleet utilization, improved energy efficiency and new vessels entering the fleet.
