Xerox Survey: Americans Pleased with Service from Banks; but There's Room for Improvement

Sixty-six percent of U.S. adults who use a bank or financial institution are receiving adequate service or consider themselves a "customer for life," according to a recent survey conducted for Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) by Harris Interactive®.
